Principal responsibilities include (but aren’t limited to):

• Leading + overseeing a motivated team of route setters
• Developing + adjusting route setting schedule with assistance of management team
• Engaging with patrons to ensure route setting fulfills the needs of the membership
• Maintaining + organizing setters closet
• Ensuring setting team is equipped with proper tools and training to perform job at high level
• Establishing hold cleaning, inventory + maintenance schedules
• Assisting management team with new hold ordering
• Planning + coordinating competitions and other gym scheduled events

Availability requirements: 

• 40 hours of availability per week
• Some Saturday + Sunday availability for special events

Qualifications:

• Ability to climb/forerun up to V8
• Friendly, professional + reliable
• Computer literate + attention to detail
• Team player
