If you are interested in becoming a new member at The Overlook, please follow these steps:

1. Head to “Getting started and waivers” to set up your Customer Portal Account now!
2. If you are wanting to set up an entire household, follow step 1 above first. Then, once you are logged into the portal, click the headphones on the top right and choose “Complete my household membership”.
