Yes, I agree with the terms and conditions:
– Our busiest times are Monday – Thursday evenings from 4pm – 9pm. If you choose one of these times it is possible to still have your event then, but it will be much more crowded in the gym.– Team Building Groups are formatted based on the needs of the group– Social events Include Facility Orientation by Overlook staff– If additional staff is requested for the duration of a social group event, an additional $40 charge per staff member will be added– Must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance– Includes 2 Hours of Climbing + Gear (Rental Shoes/chalk) for each participant– Guest list must be completed and sent to manager 7 calendar days before booking– All participants must complete our waiver BEFORE arrival– 1 active supervising adult per 4 children is required for adequate supervision– If a major change in the amount of participants happens less than 48 hours in advance, an additional $25 fee is added to the payment total
