Taylor Gray Harris

How Taylor Found Yoga:
Taylor found yoga back in 2018, or rather, it found her. She was generally annoyed with how inflexible she was, so she decided to give yoga a try. When the pandemic hit, she feel like she could have used it as an excuse to pause her practice, but instead she deepened it from home. She found Highland Yoga in 2021, and by the summer of 2022 she found herself wondering if she was in the right line of work. She finished out the school year and said goodbye to her teaching days.. or so she thought. By July she found herself enrolling for Yoga Teacher Training with Highland Yoga, and fell in love with teaching in a new way this time. She finished her 200 hour in December, and has been teaching yoga ever since.
What does Yoga mean to Taylor:
It taught her how to breathe, how to come out of her head and into her body. Practicing and teaching yoga  brings her such peace & joy;  she wants to create opportunities for others to step into themselves and feel they're getting their own version of that wholeness too!
Taylor's classes:
Geared towards the power of embodiment; encouraging students to connect with their breath & hold space for themselves.
