Kendra Miller
Kendra, of KWORKSFitness, started her career as a personal trainer in 2012. She became certified through NASM(National Academy of Sports Medicine) and began apprenticing under Johnny Jackson of JPI(Jackson Performance Institute) as a performance enhancement specialist of high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. After honing her skills, she branched off and began learning the industry of fitness while testing her physical body through body building, football, rugby, an finally yoga.
Now KWORKSFitness serves as a community sanctuary for wellness. Offering everything from High Intensity Muslce Gain, Rehabilitative Fitness, Fat Loss/Gain, Special Populations Functional Training, Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, Spiritual Counseling, Family Fitness and more. Kendra seeks to heal every generation of their curses through mind/body restoration and connection. PREPARE THE BODY, HEAL THE MIND!
