My classes are thoughtfully designed with a focus on community, intentional movement, education, and the power of breath work. My goal is to create a balanced experience while incorporating elements of meditation, nature, and mindfulness. My classes provide a safe space for self-discovery and finding inner peace.

I teach because I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the community. I find fulfillment in sharing the benefits of yoga with others, helping them cultivate a greater sense of Self.
