Abby Rigole

Abby found yoga as a teenager and quickly realized it was more than just movement, it became a safe space for strength and grounding, and a source of self-discovery through life’s big transitions. Over the years, she has found a sense of belonging within yoga communities, which continue to inspire her teaching. After a decade of practice, she completed her 200-hour teacher training at Highland Yoga, where she deepened her love for power flows, breathwork, and mindful movement.
With a background in public health, Abby sees yoga as part of a holistic approach to well-being that unites the physical body with mental and spiritual health. In her classes, she blends strength and balance with mindfulness while keeping the practice fun, joyful, and accessible. She creates space for students of all levels to explore movement, reconnect with their bodies, and breathe with intention. When she’s not teaching, you’ll likely find her on a trail or river, playing tennis, or traveling.
