We have hosted varied group events at The Overlook Boulder + Fitness since opening our doors. Climbing, connection, and community come together full circle when groups come in to climb. NO STAFF needed group options

  1. Monthly meet ups where a monthly commitment has been made
    • $16 per participant
    • 5 – 30 participants
  2. Small group
    • $18 per person
    • 10 – 40 participants
  3. Large group
    • $20 per person
    • 40 – 75 participants

STAFFED group options

  1. Minimal staff
    • 1 – 2 staff required
    • $22 per participant
    • 10 – 25 participants
  2. Additional staff
    • 3 – 4 staff required
    • $26 per person
    • 25 – 30 participants
  3. Fully staffed
    • 4 + staff required
    • $30 per person
    • 30 – 75 participants

Details

  • Facility Orientation
  • Must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance
  • 2 Hours of Climbing + Gear (Rental Shoes/chalk) for each participant
  • Guest list must be completed and sent to manager 7 calendar days before booking
  • All participants must complete our waiver BEFORE arrival
  • If a major change in the amount of participants happens less than 48 hours in advance, an additional $25 fee is added to the payment total
