Principal responsibilities include (but aren’t limited to):

  • Program high-intensity interval training or Yoga sessions
  • Assist HIIT  or Yoga gym members with any questions/safety briefings
  • Communicate with the gym in advance if  your schedule changes
  • Assistance with keeping the HIIT or Yoga areas organized and safe

Availability requirements: 

  • At least two evenings per week between Monday and Friday
  • Some Saturday + Sunday availability for classes


  • At least 1 year of HIIT coach experience or 200 hour Yoga certification
  • Ability to work with gym members in a respectable and professional manner
  • Friendly, professional, and able to take direction
  • Team player
