Front Desk Staff

Principal responsibilities include (but aren’t limited to):

  • Greeting customers in a friendly + professional manner
  • Providing the highest level of customer service to members + guests
  • Setting up + updating member accounts
  • Answering questions regarding memberships
  • Selling memberships to day pass users 
  • Answering phones
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming facility
  • Assisting with retail sales

Availability requirements: 

  • Minimum 12 hours of availability per week
  • Must have Saturday + Sunday availability

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, professional + reliable
  • Interest + experience in rock climbing
  • Computer literate + attention to detail
  • Team player
