Principal responsibilities include (but aren’t limited to):
- Greeting customers in a friendly + professional manner
- Providing the highest level of customer service to members + guests
- Setting up + updating member accounts
- Answering questions regarding memberships
- Selling memberships to day pass users
- Answering phones
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming facility
- Assisting with retail sales
Availability requirements:
- Minimum 12 hours of availability per week
- Must have Saturday + Sunday availability
Qualifications:
- Friendly, professional + reliable
- Interest + experience in rock climbing
- Computer literate + attention to detail
- Team player
