We have a variety of pad options to choose from!

CRASH PAD RENTAL AGREEMENT

DETAILS:

  • All rentals are picked up and returned at our West End location.
  • Rentals are for specified days. You may come into the gym to fill out the agreement for rental, and pick up anytime during our operating hours (first come, first served).
  • You must return the pad at the end of the day you rented it.
  • If you want to extend your rental, contact us within 24 hours of the expiration of your rental.
  • There are NO after-hours drop-off.
  • If you do not return the pad(s) on the return date you will be charged $15 per day, per pad as a late fee.
  • If the pad(s) are not returned within 5 days of the return date, a lost penalty of $300 per pad will be charged to your credit card.
  • The crash pad(s) should be returned in the same way it was rented. Any damage to the pad(s) will result in a minimum of $50 per damaged pad, with excessive damage incurring damage fees up to $300/ pad.
