Helen Stephens is a National Champion who started climbing at the age of 5. Her journey started by going out and climbing with her parents where she quickly fell in love with the sport and began competing. At this point she has now been competing on a national level for over a decade. Helen dislikes climbing in cold weather and can always be seen with hand warmers before touching any boulders. She is stoked to be a part of the squad and can’t wait to share her experiences with Team Overlook.
